This box figurine stars two Harmony Kingdom dogs: the Perry's Alfie and Peter's Murphy. It represents the fantasy world of these fast friends who meet every Wednesday at Wimberley Mills and wreak havoc as they dash around the studio fighting over balls, sticks and toys. Murphy cannot be left alone with soft toys. It is, after all, a dog's natural instinct to tear up small furry things! Possibly that's why Peter's mouse has found a secure hiding spot. This piece does contain some disturbing images and should only be viewed by a mature audience. One teddy has a knife in its back and another is smoking. Up until March 1999 the name of this piece was Perished Teddies. It was changed due to its similarity to another collectible. Inside Version 1 is a beheaded doll looking vaguely familiar. The Infinity Version portrays Peter lying amidst torn up teddy bears. Hallmarks include ©, star, HBC logo, ed.#, and Pc.

This is actually labelled Perished Teddies. Exterior Box has shop label stuck on it!

Although Harmony Kingdom is still manufactured at Wimberley Mills near Stroud in Gloucestershire, since Martin Perry, the founder retired in August 2005, marketing and shipping of the pieces is done from the USA office at Harmony Ball Company in Ohio. This means that we have to consolidate our orders before having them shipped to us. We are currently taking deliveries about every 6 weeks and so there may be a delay with your order if the piece is not already in stock. We will advise by email. Hope this doesn't cause a problem.
